The influence of migration of Czech basketball players on their career

Title: The influence of migration of Czech basketball players on their career Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find out if a migration of young Czech basketball players is proper for their future career. Methods: The first method, that was used in this work, is a quantitative method - analysing the secondary data. These data were collected from the websites eurobasket.com, cz.basketball, proballers.com and cbf.cz. Before the analyses, there was defined a selection aggregate of players, who are included to the analyses. The selection aggregate contains the players, that leaved Czech Republic during a period of years 2010- 2020, before they had been 25 years old, and their departure was their first one. After the first phase of analysis, there were found out 82 players that this selection aggregate contains. These players were evaluated by three factors of success (a length of their top- level career, a length of their top-level international career and a quality of the leagues, where these players were playing). Czechoslovak Airlines in the seventies and eighties from the viewpoint of the employees

This thesis deals with the career and private life of a specific group of employees of Czechoslovak airlines - cockpit crew, especially pilots - during the years 1970-1989 with a slight overlap into the 60's and 70's as the context of the work requires. This thesis is based on the method of oral history. Recordings with all the narrators were combined into integrated blocks of data, that shows how these people became pilots of Czechoslovak airlines but also how they managed to deal with everyday contact with the wide abroad, how their career progressed, how they were affected by changes in the history of Czechoslovakia and Czechoslovak airlines during the era of "Normalization". The author of this thesis tried to provide an insight into the history of pilot profession in the mentioned period based on creating a brief history of Czechoslovak airlines, archive materials concerning the trends in aviation and testimonies and interpretations of the narrators.
Adaptation of "enterprises of foreign trades" (PZO) to situation after 1989 revolution in Czechoslovakia

This bachelor thesis follows the apdaptation process of Enterprises of foreign trades (PZO) on the market changes after the year 1989. The purpose of this work was to describe the structure and operation aktivity of said enterprises and parent organizations before 1989 and then describe and analyse their ability to handle new market conditions. This thesis describes the transformation period to the disintegration of Czechoslovakia, ie. until the end of 1992. This thesis also contains descriptions of the changes in structure and operations of five specific trade organizations, some of which still exist and six organizations which specified on propagation as well. The analysis was performed on the basis of thorough research of historic and present literature as well as memories of one former employee. It is shown in the text that the discussed period was very demanding for the trade companies. Change of strategy was crucial otherwise the enterprises would collapse. Topic of this bachelor thesis is: «The position of foreigners in the labor market with a focus on the Ukrainian community in Brno». The aim is finding out if there is discrimination in the labor market in Brno. Research part contains the details of migration and integration processes, and information about foreigners in all details, including legislation. The method of own quantitative-qualitative survey was to find out information about the current state of Ukrainians at workplaces.
Comparing bullying prevention programs in Czech Republic and abroad

The thesis is comparing Czech and foreing bullying prevention programs. At first terms bullying and prevention are explained. The bullying prevention programs are described, compared and evaluated acording to predefined criteria. Based on the result quality of Czech bullying prevention programs is determine and suggestions to improve Czech programs are placed.
Is in the Czech republic possibility of lack of own doctors in next five years ?

During last couple of years in Czech republic became very common a phenomenon of brain drain, especially among doctors. This thesis should analyse this phenomenon and describe it. It is using comparation of collected data and it´s commentary. This thesis is describing factors and motivations, which leads to brain drain and transcribing them into absolute numbers during years. There is also cought changes in wages of Czech doctors between 2000-2013. At the end of thesis are conclusions, how this phenomenon affects society.

(in English): The master's thesis The Role of Studying Abroad for Future Teachers deals with the impact of an international study visit on prospective teachers and identifies areas of their professional training which can be affected most. The theoretical part of the thesis expands on studying abroad and the Erasmus Programme. It also deals with the teacher's personality, their competencies and pedagogical skills. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to specific international study visits within selected academic fields; it also analyses the respective study plans and estimates the extent of their possible influence on future teachers.

The importance of nature as a learning environment compared to Czech forestkindergartens of forestkindergartens abroad from the perspective of pedagogues.

Title: The importance of nature as a learning environment in Czech forest kindergartens and forest kindergartens abroad from the perspective of pedagogues. Objektive: The aim of this thesis is to obtain specific information about functioning of forest kindergartens abroad and compare them forest kindergartens in the Czech Republic. My next target was get from the general public in the Czech Republic specific information about their awareness of nature and forest kindergartens. Results: The result of the processing of literature related to preschool pedagogy, alternative pedagogical directions, forest kindergarten. We approached the issue. Through the questionnaire investigation compared the forest kindergarten in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks questionnaire investigation results we should recognized in self-knowledge and awareness, that we are part of nature.
